Why you have to create competitors? you may be asking yourself why should I do this? in your 90 days challenge you will want to quit it some days but if you have a competitor, you will keep going every day.

8) watch your progress the right way

What do we mean by this? well, you can't just go to the scale and lock at your weight this is the biggest mistake you can ever do.
